Inclusively is partnering with an electronic design automation company to hire a Social Media and Digital Communications Manager. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

As a part of the Global Communications team, they will work cross-functionally with members from strategic comms, supporting both products and solutions, employee communications, PR, HR, legal, government affairs, executive staff, and others to deliver a social media center of excellence. This role will report to the head of social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management
  • Daily operations of our corporate social media channels, including scheduling, listening, and community management.
  • Editorial calendaring, working with global stakeholders to develop content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
  • Finessing and creating original content for corporate social channels, aligning with and furthering our corporate narrative.
  • Internal Program Facilitation
  • Build out our advocacy program, working with business segments to create shareable content for brand ambassadors and individual employee networks.
  • Shape company policy and resource center around our social, providing tools and trainings for internal teams.
  • Data and Reporting
  • Generate strategic documentation to help shape our’ social program, built off analytics, competitive listening, and channel landscape learnings.
  • Create monthly performance reports and dashboards, capturing key insights from individual channels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of social and digital media communications experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism, communications, or marketing
  • Proven program/project management skills along with an aptitude to work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills
  • A high-energy self-starter who can work autonomously and align matrixed organizations
  • Meticulously organized with a passion for the details
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of social publishing and measurement tools, such as Sprout, AEM, CampTag, etc.
  • Understanding of social advocacy and building brand ambassadorship programs
