Inclusively is partnering with an electronic design automation company to hire an Operations Program Manager. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support the team to plan and track projects and drive them to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure the definition and implementation of the agreed process and work models.
  • Manage priorities, bandwidth, and alignments across different stakeholders.
  • Track and report on project progress, performance, issues, and risks.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work with the BU’s and business functions to prioritize engagements that matter.

What You’ll Need:

  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry experience, including EDA, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience, PMP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Experience organizing and communicating information.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with customer issues, engineering problems, and large-scale systems.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, leadership, and in-person collaborative skills.

Our team collaborates with all business functions to find and engage in opportunities that change our systems, methods, and facilitate greater productivity, efficiency and scale.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $108,000-$162,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
