Inclusively is partnering with one of the top airlines in the world to hire a User Experience Designer. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Implement user-centered design processes, including usability testing, to validate and iterate on design solutions.
  • Collaborate with visual designers to create consistent and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Advocate for best UX practices and principles within the organization, educating and influencing stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Mentor new team members

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with creating experiences for web sites and/or mobile apps.
  • Proven experience as a UX Specialist, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile design guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools such as Figma or similar software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
  • Understanding of digital accessibility design and user experience best practices.
