Inclusively is partnering with a technology solutions company to hire a Solution Architect. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Does growth excite you? 🌱 As a Solution Architect you will be at the heart of crafting customer-focused solutions that marry our advanced software products with leading-edge custom solves to our client’s business problems. You will strategically analyze clients' business and organizational needs and leverage our products and expertise to create tailor-made solutions. As vital members of the Enterprise Solutions team, you will collaborate with Enterprise Account Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services Delivery departments. Your work ensures: a seamless and holistic design, alignment with customer requirements, precise consumption of our existing product portfolio, and prime utilization of our professional services delivery model. As a member of our Commercial team, you'll have a hand in promoting our products to a wide range of clients and will help us to achieve our goals of scaling and expanding. Your natural ability to build relationships, as well as an eye for opportunity, will be vital in our efforts to expand our company’s reach. Location: United States; then, you choose what works for you! This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the US.

What you'll be working on:

  • Understanding the diverse guest personas within our clients' venues, their needs, expectations, and behaviors.
  • Analyzing the existing technology used by our clients and the impact on their guests, identifying areas for enhancement or integration that will elevate the guest experience.
  • Examining the client's revenue streams and business models, pinpointing growth and scalability areas aligning with guest satisfaction.
  • Understanding the clients strategy and future growth potential while staying ahead of market trends and recognizing how shifts in the industry might impact guests' expectations and behaviors.
  • Aligning our capabilities with the existing company architecture, ensuring seamless integration, alignment with business objectives, and an optimal unified guest experience.
  • Collaboratively analyzing the proposed solution with various company teams to understand how new or adapted features can be integrated into the roadmap.
  • Partnering closely with professional services delivery teams to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and timing of custom efforts.
  • Assessing and communicating the complete solution effectively to the client. This involves explaining both the specific benefits and the overall value, ensuring that the client understands how the solution aligns with their goals and how it will be realized.
  • Developing and implementing plans to measure success against business requirements through key performance indicators (KPIs). This offers a clear framework for assessing the solution's impact on the client's goals.
  • Continuously reflecting on delivered solutions to identify opportunities for improvement. This involves hardening successful offerings, potentially productizing them, and updating best practices.

What you bring to the role:

  • A core education in computer science, information technology, or engineering (preferably software).
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in developing or implementing software solutions and products with customer contact. Proven adaptability in changing environments and an eagerness to take on unique challenges.
  • First-class skills in conveying complex information to all stakeholders, including senior levels, on both technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Developed project management skills with the ability to collect essential information for project delivery.
  • A keen ability to identify, understand, and communicate areas of risk in the solution or delivery.
  • Capability to work remotely and travel to client sites and our offices as required, sometimes with short notice.
  • Smart, organized, self-motivated, and resourceful, both individually and as a team player. A strong drive for continuous learning and business growth.
  • A quality-driven approach that constantly delights customers. Experienced in the Hospitality or Attraction space related to Software and Guest Experience.
  • Skill in establishing robust relationships with customers and partners to align on the overall approach.
