Inclusively is partnering with a leading insurance software company to hire an Associate Developer. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

We are currently searching for an Associate Developer to build automated testing for back-end services and then contribute to development of features as we scale our platforms. In this role, you will work in an Agile Scrum team to build quality in as we develop our industry leading Epic software product.

You will collaborate with the Scrum team members to deliver high quality technical solutions. We are looking for developers to build quality in with automated testing and features for enterprise scale applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute as a member of an Agile Scrum team to build testing
  • Collaborate with Application, Enterprise, and Test Architects on technical solutions and development of automated testing to ensure performance at scale
  • Create unit tests, functional tests during code development
  • Participate in sprint reviews of completed functionality at the end of each sprint
  • Identify and communicate possible improvements in the process

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience or training in one or more of the following: Golang, TypeScript/Javascript, .NET or Node, SQL Server
  • Familiar with agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Ability to communicate in a team-oriented environment to clarify requirements
  • Troubleshooting skills and experience writing automated tests or the ability to learn new testing frameworks when writing automated tests
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience
