About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join the Conversation Intelligence team. The team is at the forefront of this innovation, developing intelligent post-call analysis, agent performance management and coaching tools that are transforming the industry. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core features of our AI-powered conversation intelligence platform. The team is a collaborative but highly autonomous working environment in which each member has a defined role with clear expectations, as well as the freedom to pursue individual projects.
Responsibilities:
- Play a substantial role in the Cresta Conversation Intelligence engineering team.
- Work with product team, AI researchers and engineering teams, build and continuously innovate the post-call intelligence platform.
- Stay closely with customers and their requirements, analyze the technical tradeoffs, own the customer facing deliverables.
- Develop high quality, well designed, reusable, and well-tested system components, and contribute to the overall system designs.
- Optimize the platform design and implementation for lower latency, higher throughput, better reliability, and cost reduction.
- Demonstrate the engineering best practices in deliverables and daily work. Uphold others to the same high standards.
- Grow into technical ownership in a substantial part of the Cresta product.
- Contribute to building the best-in-class company in addition to building the best-in-class product.
Qualifications We Value:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
- Proficient in designing and maintaining clear and robust backend APIs based on strong understanding of various protocols including gRPC, REST, etc.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React and related frameworks.
- Experience in high performance database schema design and query optimization.
- Experience in containerized application deployment with Kubernetes.
- Experience with one of the major cloud providers.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
