About the role:

We’re looking for an exceptional, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our social media marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence across social media platforms. This role reports directly to the Sr. Content Marketing Manager and you’ll collaborate closely with our Demand Generation, Sales Development, and Marketing Operations teams to create compelling content that supports our business objectives and drives engagement. Above all, this person is super creative, passionate about social media, and ready to shape a brand voice and presence across social channels.

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing our content strategy across various digital platforms. With a focus on social media, this role will require creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for storytelling. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong ability to write compelling content and analyze its performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own our social media presence across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
  • Analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and content
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into content strategies
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals
  • Drive internal communications and encourage employee advocacy regarding social media strategies and updates
  • Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports marketing campaigns and business objectives
  • Help to develop executive profiles by shaping POVs and developing content off of internal meetings, press meetings, etc

Qualifications We Value:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing or content work experience
  • Working knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in storytelling, writing, editing, and research
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
