As a Recruiter at Workstream, you will play a critical role in shaping the teams that drive our mission forward. This is a unique opportunity to report directly to and collaborate closely with our founder and CEO, gaining unparalleled exposure and impact in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is an in-office role, requiring five days a week of on-site collaboration in Menlo Park and San Francisco, CA.
Day in the Life:
- Sourcing Excellence: Strategically source and attract top-tier SaaS talent across various platforms, building strong pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and closing offers.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders across departments to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Candidate Experience: Drive a world-class candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a seamless hiring process.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously optimize hiring strategies and demonstrate progress to stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Recruiter: You bring 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth start-up environment.
- Master Sourcer: You have a demonstrated ability to find and engage exceptional talent through creative and effective sourcing methods.
- Stakeholder Partner: Your communication and collaboration skills make you a trusted partner to hiring managers and executives, able to balance their needs with recruiting best practices.
- Mission-Driven: You are passionate about matching great people with meaningful opportunities, and you thrive in a mission-oriented workplace.
- Data-Savvy: You’re skilled at using recruiting data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.

Salary Range: In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $130,000 in San Francisco. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
