We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 5-10 representatives based in the Philippines. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic outbound sales campaigns, while ensuring team targets and KPIs are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage remote teams in different time zones.
Lastly, Workstream is a company that is remote in its DNA. Our headquarters is in SOMA, San Francisco, but 60%+ of our team is remote.
Day in the Life:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 BDRs, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure targets are met
- Develop and implement outbound sales campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to establish and achieve revenue goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and results
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members
- Recruit and onboard new team members as needed
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a Sales Management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work USA working hours
- Experience at a high growth start up serving QSR customers, a plus
