We are growing fast and looking for sharp, positive individuals to join our organization as a Financial Analyst to help build out our Finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial forecasting and budgeting processes, including the preparation of internal management and board reports.
• Offer strategic recommendations to Voxie’s leadership and the executive team based on financial analysis
• Evaluate company performance against both the annual budget and the organization's long-term strategy
• Perform in-depth variance analysis to gain a deeper insight into the business and its financial performance.
• Create concise presentations for decision-makers, simplifying complex data into actionable insights.
• Assist with some accounting functions, specifically reporting, processing accounts payable and revenue recognition
• Assist in month-end close procedures, including preparation of reconciliations and reporting
• Assist in year-end and reporting procedures
• Other reconciliations and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar capacity
• Highly organized
• The ability to quickly build rapport with individuals and teams, naturally looking for ways to make processes easier
• Empathy for who you work with; you identify with their challenges and your desire to delight shines through in your communications
• Innately a creative problem solver
• You can use data and statistics to identify patterns, using them for enriching your recommendations for process/product improvements
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through issues
• Executive Presence - you will be interacting with senior leaders at some of the world's largest brands
• Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
