To help take Voxie to the next level, we are seeking a VP of Marketing, who will be an integral pillar of an early team and a fast-growing company, influencing a world-class culture. We are seeking a collaborative marketing professional, who will work closely with our Product, Engineering and Go To Market teams to drive success.

In this role, you will...

  • Use your keen eye for product marketing to position Voxie at the top of the market
  • Form creative demand generation programs, working in hip with the sales team, to drive inbound volume
  • Have a strong pulse on the market, analyzing market trends and putting data to work
  • Create, manage and allocate budgets and resources to drive even more demand, and close more business
  • Develop marketing automation, SEO strategies, and lead generation campaigns
  • Grow MQLs and improve conversion rates month over month

  • Be highly analytical, you see numbers and data in everything, and you use that to your advantage
  • Have accomplished the great feat of bringing a company from $5M to $20M, and beyond (get ready to do that again!)
  • Know how to establish a competitive marketing budget, using the best tools and technology to get the job done, while be scrappy and ingenious
  • Act with intention, and are able to bring your experience of creating methodical, and measured change
  • Be a capable, and resilient leader, that will not only make a direct marketing impact, but a cultural impact
  • Have a need for speed and be ready to hit the ground running
