We are seeking a Global Process Owner on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day global end-to-end credit process, including onboarding, credit application reviews, and credit limit management
- Maintain and operate global credit processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and operational continuity
- Manage the credit lifecycle, including new credit applications, credit line increase requests, account maintenance, case management, and dispute resolution
- Support global credit operations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC while maintaining appropriate risk controls
- Support AI workforce initiatives and automation projects within Credit & Collections
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Revenue AI teams to support AI-driven credit solutions
- Maintain and enhance AI agent procedures and workflows
- Monitor AI agent performance and ensure compliance controls remain embedded within automated workflows
- Identify opportunities for future AI automation and process improvements
- Manage global credit exposure and minimize financial risk across customer portfolios
- Operate within established credit risk frameworks, including credit scoring, credit limit management, and portfolio monitoring
- Partner with Global Risk teams to align credit operations with enterprise risk standards
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, and financial control standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global credit process inquiries
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to support business objectives
- Manage day-to-day relationships with business process outsourcing (BPO) partners
- Monitor process performance, investigate operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in credit, credit risk management, collections, or revenue operations
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end credit management, including credit assessment, credit limits, portfolio management, collections, and dispute resolution
- Experience working with AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions in finance or operations
- Strong understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance teams
- Experience managing or partnering with BPO or outsourced operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure process performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in advertising, technology, or other high-growth environments with high-volume credit operations
- Experience with AI agents or intelligent workflow solutions supporting credit, collections, or risk management
- Experience with credit scoring models, financial risk analytics, or predictive modeling
- Knowledge of global billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes across multiple regions and currencies
- Experience with process mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or intelligent automation platforms
- Professional certification in credit management or risk management (e.g., CICM, FCI, FRM, PRM)
- Experience in interim or contingent workforce roles
- Experience working within a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment
