Our client is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Relationship Administrator to join a growing CPA firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys serving as the trusted point of contact for clients while ensuring every interaction is seamless, organized, and efficient.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your own portfolio of clients.
  • Coordinate onboarding, document collection, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Keep client files and workflows organized.
  • Escalate technical tax questions to the CPA while independently managing the client experience.
  • Help improve and build the firm's systems, processes, and client experience as we grow.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in executive support, client success, operations, or professional services preferred.
  • Accounting or tax experience is a plus, but not required.
