Executive Lifestyle Manager
The Mom Project | New York City | Full-Time | Primarily In-Person
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Lifestyle Manager to support the Founder.
This position is ideal for an experienced professional seeking meaningful, intellectually engaging work with flexibility, autonomy, and long-term growth.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant position.
The Executive Lifestyle Manager serves as the operational architect of personal and professional life, ensuring that executive responsibilities, complex medical care, travel, household operations, and personal logistics operate seamlessly.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional judgment, anticipates needs before they arise, communicates proactively, and consistently follows through with integrity.
Decision-Making Framework
All operational decisions are expected to follow this hierarchy unless an acute issue supersedes it:
God / Spiritual Commitments
Health
Wellness & Recovery
Family
Social & Relational Commitments
Fashion, Beauty & Personal Maintenance
Household Operations
Administrative urgency should never supersede foundational regulation, health maintenance, recovery, or spiritual commitments.
Primary Responsibilities
Executive calendar and schedule management
Domestic and international travel planning
Complex medical scheduling and care coordination
Specialty pharmacy management
Wardrobe management, packing, inventory, and alterations
Household operations and vendor management
Concierge-level reservations and hospitality
Executive administrative support
Research and special projects
Coordination with physicians, attorneys, financial advisors, and household staff
Process improvement and systems development
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate:
Thinks several steps ahead.
Anticipates problems before they occur.
Exercises exceptional executive functioning.
Communicates with complete honesty and transparency.
Takes ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing tasks.
Remains composed in rapidly changing environments.
Demonstrates sound judgment with minimal supervision.
Values discretion, precision, and reliability.
Enjoys building systems that create long-term efficiency.
When presenting a challenge, candidates are expected to identify the issue, propose three potential solutions, and provide a thoughtful recommendation.
Integrity is the single most important qualification for this position. Honest communication regarding mistakes will always be valued more highly than attempts to conceal them.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years supporting executives, founders, physicians, entrepreneurs, or high-performing professionals.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
High proficiency with Apple products, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management platforms.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
Compensation
$50,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for quarterly performance-based bonuses and opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation over time.
This role is designed as a long-term professional partnership for an individual who values meaningful work, intellectual curiosity, and operational excellence.
Qualified candidates should submit a résumé and a brief cover letter describing why they believe they are an exceptional fit for this opportunity.
