- Coordinate and support our drivers in real time, keeping every route and delivery on track
- Make sure every customer request is handled exactly right — your attention to detail is what keeps clients happy
- Keep drivers organized and accountable through clear, respectful follow-up
- Step in when something goes sideways: solve it quickly and keep the customer feeling taken care of
- Build genuine, lasting relationships that turn customers into long-term fans of Diezx
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented — you love when everything runs smoothly
- Confident communicator who can keep a team on track with warmth and clarity

- Comfortable on the phone and over text
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
