Core Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly, reliable voice our customers count on every morning — managing all job-site communication from first call to confirmed delivery
  • Coordinate and support our drivers in real time, keeping every route and delivery on track
  • Make sure every customer request is handled exactly right — your attention to detail is what keeps clients happy
  • Keep drivers organized and accountable through clear, respectful follow-up
  • Step in when something goes sideways: solve it quickly and keep the customer feeling taken care of
  • Build genuine, lasting relationships that turn customers into long-term fans of Diezx

Qualifications/Skills

  • Naturally organized and detail-oriented — you love when everything runs smoothly
  • Confident communicator who can keep a team on track with warmth and clarity
  • Big heart for customer service — you take pride in people feeling looked after
  • Calm, steady, and solution-focused when things get busy
  • Comfortable on the phone and over text
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, customer service, or coordination is welcome — and we're happy to support someone stepping back into the workforce
