Core Responsibilities

  • Develop new commercial accounts through outreach, in-person visits, and relationship building across the NYC metro area
  • Manage the full sales cycle — first conversation through close and ongoing account growth
  • Build lasting relationships with building managers, construction and fleet operators, equipment yards, and generator users
  • Win business from competitors by being more responsive and more reliable
  • Own your territory and your schedule, keeping your pipeline and follow-ups organized (CRM provided)

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bonus points if she has 3+ years of outside or B2B sales (energy, equipment rental, industrial supply, logistics, freight, building services, or similar)
  • Confidence reaching out to new businesses and decision-makers
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-through
  • Self-motivated and organized — you run your own day
  • Valid driver's license
