The client is growing in Chicago, and are looking for a warm, outgoing, community-focused Market Lead to help continue building meaningful connections throughout the city. This role will focus on local relationship-building through parenting groups, community events, play places, schools, campuses, and online engagement. They are open to this being a part-time position (approximately 15–30 hours per week), but would absolutely consider a full-time opportunity for the right person. Core Responsibilities

  • Build and grow company's presence throughout the Chicago market through authentic community engagement and relationship-building
  • Connect with parenting groups, schools, universities, local organizations, and online community pages to introduce families to brand and company.
  • Attend in-person events, play places, family-friendly spaces, and campus/community gatherings to create meaningful local connections and brand awareness
  • Develop partnerships and referral relationships within the Chicago community to help grow both family memberships and drive applications
  • Represent the brand in a warm, professional, and community-centered way both online and in person
  • Support local marketing initiatives, outreach campaigns, and grassroots growth efforts throughout the market
  • Provide ongoing feedback and insights on the Chicago market to help support expansion and growth strategy

Qualifications/Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable networking both online and in person
  • Passion for supporting families, caregivers, and local communities
  • Familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods, parenting communities, schools, or local organizations is a plus
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage outreach initiatives independently
  • Social media and community engagement experience preferred
  • Ability to represent a fast-growing brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
