The main function of an Office Coordinator is to supervise and coordinate the activities of office workers. A typical office coordinator is responsible for general project and office management, including a substantial variety of correspondence, records, and accounts.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems to manage office operations and routine processes
- Plan, conduct, monitor, and evaluate projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Interface with external business units and maintain effective communication
- Maintain technical expertise and procedural knowledge relevant to assigned areas
- Monitor work in progress and provide updates to leadership
- Perform operational tasks as an active contributing team member
- Coordinate and oversee special or non-routine projects
- Analyze data and present insights to various teams within the organization
- Identify problems and develop new methods of analysis and improvement
- Assume managerial responsibilities as needed
- Attend meetings, share updates, and contribute recommendations for process improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree – Technical/Engineering
- Understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operations
- Ability to analyze how machines function within production environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and support teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- Analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems and software applications
- Experience with data and document management
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- General knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and technology systems
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
- M-F, 40 hours/week
