We are seeking an Ivalua Technical Functional Consultant on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to projects using the Ivalua platform within industry or consulting environments
- Configure Ivalua modules, including design setup, workflows, and callback creation
- Build and maintain APIs to support integrations and business processes
- Develop and execute SQL queries to build reports, retrieve data, and support enterprise application integrations (EAI)
- Support priority incidents, bugs, and fixes to ensure system stability and continuity
- Participate in project release processes and deployment activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Work with third-party solution providers to support integrations and project delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project and support engagements
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Ivalua experience in a project role within industry or consulting
- L2 certification required; L3 certification preferred in P2P, INT, or SQL (Ivalua)
- Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and their business value drivers
- Deep knowledge of the Ivalua solution, including API development
- Experience writing SQL queries for reporting, data extraction, and system integration
- Experience supporting production issues, including priority bug fixes
- Experience working with configuration modules, workflows, and callback development
- Knowledge of project release and deployment processes
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, results-oriented working style
- Ability to independently pursue problem resolution and collaborate effectively with team members
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP transactions
- Experience collaborating with third-party solution providers
