Our Customer is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in Chandler, AZ.

Our Customer is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in Chandler, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement lifecycle, including reviewing RFQs from suppliers
- Process purchase requests by validating accuracy, queuing requests, and placing approved orders via appropriate channels
- Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, including NDAs and compliance reviews with internal teams
- Track and monitor open orders, follow up with suppliers for updates, and maintain accurate system records
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to coordinate daily operations and workflow
- Provide administrative support for supply chain management activities
- Support cross-functional operations, including shipping and receiving, as needed
- Ensure procurement and supply chain processes are executed efficiently and accurately
- Experience supporting procurement or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of procurement lifecycle processes, including RFQs and purchase orders
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to track and manage orders and maintain accurate records
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
