- Partner closely with the founder to own execution of company goals and growth priori:es.
- Act as the day-to-day execution lead, ensuring alignment across brand, sales, operations, and
- finance.
- Drive the operating cadence of the business, including weekly priorities, progress tracking, and
- follow-through.
- Support quarterly planning and performance reviews to ensure focus on the right initiatives.
- Execute and support sales initiatives across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, retail, and café channels.
- Monitor channel performance and surface insights, risks, and opportunities for adjustment.
- Collaborate with the founder on brand execution and storytelling initiatives.
- Support consumer research, feedback loops, and insights to inform marketing and product
- decisions.
- Manage relationships with agency and creative partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including supply chain coordination, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience.
- P&L Ownership- support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking in partnership with the founder and external partners.
- Help implement operational systems and processes that improve efficiency and prepare the business for scale.
- Coordinate a small group of contractors, partners, and vendors.
- Establish clear priorities, roles, and expectations across contributors.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a close execution partner to the founder, helping translate ideas into action.
- Surface operational challenges, risks, and recommendations proactively.
- Take ownership of day-to-day execution to allow the founder to focus on vision, strategy, and high impact partnerships.
- Experience in operations, general management, or cross-functional leadership within a consumer brand.
- Owned and managed a P&L previously
- Brand management background and expertise
- Familiarity with EOS operating system (https://www.eosworldwide.com/)
- Obsessed with project management and execution
- Thrives in early-stage environments where leaders are expected to be hands-on.
