The Mom Project is excited to support our customer, a nationally recognized hospital and healthcare system, with their search for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

This role will perform secretarial and general office work to support the President/Chief Operating Officer or Chief Financial Officer levels.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare letters, forms, and reports from rough drafts and corrected copies, including transcription of dictated material as needed
  • Copy reports and records, and prepare periodic administrative reports
  • Organize, maintain, and manage administrative files and records
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate individuals or voicemail
  • Coordinate routine meetings, including agenda preparation and compilation of meeting materials
  • Coordinate domestic and/or business travel arrangements
  • Receive, track, and support the resolution of patient and employee complaints while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Open, review, and process incoming correspondence while ensuring confidentiality
  • Prepare executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Skills And Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective interpersonal and corporate communication skills
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Hours and Location:

  • 1st shift, and some after hours
  • On-site in Winston-Salem, NC
