We’re known for putting out the most actionable sales content out there without the fluff—and now we’re looking for a Content Operations Manager to keep our content engine running on-time, mistake-free, and scalable.
This role is the connective tissue across podcast guest management, course/customer support ops, and the marketing ops work that makes launches and campaigns actually ship.
What You’ll Own
- Podcast guest management: Own end-to-end guest logistics for the podcast—outreach handoff, scheduling/rescheduling, prep call coordination, guest comms, and ensuring every episode is ready to record and release on time.
- Course support: Run the support inbox and operational workflows tied to course customers—refunds, bulk invoices, invoice updates, team uploads via CSV, and clean escalation of true edge cases.
- Everything else: Make launches and webinars operationally tight—Wistia/reg page setup, event hosting support + live chat, post-event HubSpot list uploads/segmentation (~1.5k lists), and follow-up emails—plus any other execution-heavy marketing ops work needed to get content out the door. Building internal workflows in Claude Cowork.
- 3+ years in project management / operations in content, marketing, media, customer ops, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Organized operator with exceptional attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills (you can work with high-profile guests)
- Comfortable juggling moving priorities without losing quality
- Proactive, creative problem-solver who can take a plan and drive it forward independently
- Familiar with tools like Claude Cowork, Stripe, HubSpot, and modern content/webinar workflows (or can learn fast)
