Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager on a contract basis to do a blend of strategy-to-execution leadership, governance discipline, and stakeholder collaboration/influence to deliver outcomes across Platform and Governance, Solutions Delivery, and Application Support workstreams. This role is on-site in Lebanon, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance and control activities, including standups, checkpoints, steering committee meetings, and delivery cadences
  • Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decision logs, and action tracking
  • Enforce project entry and exit criteria across workstreams
  • Build and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and critical path activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery across initiatives
  • Provide clear executive-level status updates, reporting, and documentation
  • Facilitate meetings, drive accountability, and ensure follow-through on deliverables
  • Apply technical domain knowledge to identify gaps, risks, and process improvements across SDLC, DevOps, and application support environments
  • Manage vendors and third-party partners, ensuring contract compliance and coordination
  • Track program metrics, dashboards, and artifacts to ensure delivery transparency

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience with API Management (3 to 5 years)
  • Proficiency in API Application Programming (6 to 9 years)
  • Experience with MuleSoft / MuleESB (3 to 5 years)
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) (6 to 9 years)
  • Proficiency in AWS Java (6 to 9 years)
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (3 to 5 years)
  • Strong program and project governance experience
  • Strong integrated planning and dependency management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and facilitation
  • Technical fluency across software delivery and operations environments
  • Experience using planning and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and related platforms
  • Strong data literacy and dashboard management skills
  • Vendor management and third-party coordination experience

Preferred

  • teerience with Full Stack Java development (3 to 5 years)
  • Proficiency in Relational Databases (3 to 5 years)
