We are seeking a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Urbandale, IA.

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of successful transitions and integrations across geographically dispersed teams
- Manage direct and indirect resources to achieve project objectives with minimal oversight
- Drive major change initiatives across people, process, technology, and real estate workstreams
- Deliver target operating model outcomes across finance transformation programs
- Communicate project activities, priorities, and expectations to management and cross-functional teams
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
- Utilize project implementation documentation, toolkits, and migration schedules
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and business impacts
- Design and develop strategic project documents, including business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans
- Present project updates and strategic materials to senior leadership
- Support and lead decision-making processes to ensure project progress
- Facilitate problem-solving for complex project issues
- Follow project controls and compliance standards across assigned initiatives
- Manage deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure change control processes are aligned and functioning
- Proven experience leading major change initiatives and large-scale project delivery
- Strong program and project management capabilities across multiple workstreams
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and resources
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with senior leadership
- Strong strategic planning and documentation skills
- Strong risk management, compliance, and governance experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal direction
