We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is remote in any of the following offices: San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and robotics leadership to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and autonomy-focused roles
  • Qualify technical requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies to support team growth
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for specialized roles
  • Lead offer negotiations and closing processes, including compensation discussions and candidate concerns
  • Leverage market insights, data, and industry trends to inform recruiting strategies and hiring decisions
  • Drive inclusive, structured interview processes and best practices
  • Deliver a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Advise leaders on role design, hiring priorities, and interview strategy

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing within robotics, autonomy, or niche engineering fields
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to evaluate engineering talent
  • Experience using talent market data and insights to influence leadership decisions
  • Strong communication skills with confidence, engaging internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and alternative sourcing techniques

Preferred

  • Experience supporting highly specialized or emerging technology teams
  • Experience in driving creative sourcing and closing strategies
