We’re looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Marketing, Social Media & Brand Manager to own and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who can think strategically, execute consistently, and bring fresh ideas to the table—without needing micromanagement.
You’ll be responsible for shaping our voice, managing content, and helping drive real business growth through marketing.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a cohesive brand identity across all platforms
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write engaging captions, posts, and basic marketing copy
- Design or coordinate branded graphics, reels, and short-form video content
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and brand mentions
- Track performance metrics and provide simple reports and insights
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotions, and announcements
- Assist with website updates, email marketing, and basic SEO when needed
- Coordinate with leadership during weekly or bi-weekly meetings
- Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or brand management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current trends
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Excellent written communication and brand-voice consistency
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with small businesses, service companies, or local brands is a plus
