We are seeking a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.
Shift: 8 am-5 pm daily
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the learning management system (LMS) technology to deliver online training for internal and external customers
- Support data migrations and coordinate with IT and external vendors to test, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
- Assist with developing processes for LMS administration, content generation, and content loading
- Maintain training records and user profile data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate learning event logistics, including calendaring, enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting, and user communications
- Monitor the LMS support case queue, troubleshoot, and resolve basic support incidents
- Escalate support issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting senior LMS administrators with business testing activities
- Utilize Agile/Veeva workflow processes to support ongoing implementation tasks
- Train and support LMS users, such as instructors and learners, to maximize adoption and effective use of system features
- Monitor, follow up, and close out LMS support tickets and incidents
- Run system reports and provide operational reporting as needed
- Support compliance with global legal and regulatory obligations related to learning systems
- Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational and/or on-the-job training acceptable
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred
- Experience administering SuccessFactors LMS preferred
- Intermediate experience administering and navigating an LMS, including troubleshooting issues and providing user support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving LMS technical issues efficiently
- Experience supporting users through ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and Oracle ACCS preferred
- Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
