We are seeking a Bay Area Executive Briefing Center Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.

We are seeking a Bay Area Executive Briefing Center Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.

- Manage Executive Briefing Center (EBC) operations and venue logistics for the San Francisco and Mountain View spaces
- Maintain ongoing communications with Workplace Services to support EBC operations
- Oversee food and beverage (F&B) planning and execution for EBC engagements
- Serve as security and front desk liaison for EBC-related programming
- Maintain Bay Area EBC calendars for executive engagements and other space needs
- Provide day-of event management for San Francisco and Mountain View executive engagement programming
- Coordinate day-of logistics, including security and building access, printing, F&B, gifting, and technology troubleshooting as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Events and Facilities teams in the San Francisco and Mountain View offices
- Partner with the technology and AV management team to ensure EBC technology needs are met and maintained
- Partner with Executive Assistants to support leader space needs and build strong alignment across the EA community
- Support executive engagement operations for non-EBC space briefings (Seattle, Detroit, Carpinteria) including logistics and catering for full and guided support models
- Manage operations, workflows, documentation, communications, trackers, and coordination for executive meetings at tentpole events
- Provide operational support for full and guided models including prep scheduling, calendar invites, and briefing document templates
- Support specialty projects focused on CxO engagements (e.g., CMO and CIO events)
- Contribute to operational rigor and project management across executive engagement programming operations
- Collaborate with the broader team to establish best practices and improve efficiencies across Executive Briefing Centers
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or the hospitality industry
- Detail-oriented and relationship-driven with a focus on creating exceptional experiences for customers and internal partners
- Flexible, resourceful, and highly organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate across stakeholders
- Comfortable communicating with senior-level audiences
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to balance professionalism with a collaborative, energetic working style
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite tools
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders
- Prior Executive Briefing Center experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands
- Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting technologies
