The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing various types of tax returns, maintaining compliance with federal and state tax laws, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely tax returns, including partnership, S-corporation, trust, and personal income tax filings
- Request, collect, and organize all necessary tax documents and information from clients
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state tax regulations
- Maintain well-organized and updated client files in accordance with firm policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide a high level of service and support
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Active CPA license in good standing
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on business and personal tax preparation
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using CCH Axcess and Workflow and related tax software preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently
