Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.
Our customer is looking for an Insurance Document Associate on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role will focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality of document workflows and mail processing. This role is on-site in Franklin, WI.

Responsibilities
- Send out all insurance contracts with accuracy and completeness
- Separate FR (Field Representative) pages and process requests from FRs
- Manage multiple document-related requests, including pulling requests and shipping out contracts
- Handle special projects, including those requiring FedEx or special-handling procedures
- Perform production and office tasks related to contract processing and mail handling
- Ensure accuracy and quality control as the final checkpoint before documents reach customers
- Maintain a timely workflow and support overall contract processing efficiency
- 1-2 years of prior mail handling experience or customer service experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to coach and provide guidance when needed
- Reliable and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a back-office environment
