Our customer is a busy, growing Orange County insurance defense firm with a reputation for excellence and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. They're looking for a talented Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense Litigation who’s ready to take on interesting, challenging casework with real responsibility from day one—all in a collaborative environment where your voice matters.

Role is hybrid in Santa Ana, CA office 2-3 day in office. Open to candidates outside of the CA, California Bar required

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own caseload with partner support
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings and motions
• Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–10+ years of civil litigation experience
• Trial experience strongly desired
• California Bar required.
• Insurance defense background.
  
  

Workload

• Billable Requirement: 1850 hours annually (~155/month).
• Solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience
• A strong writer and communicator who thinks strategically
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
