Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot)
- Lead and manage integrated marketing campaign components, while maintaining the marketing calendar
- Maintain documentation on operational processes, programs, and procedures
- Perform day-to-day e-mail marketing activities to include email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns while continually optimizing campaigns
- Manage audience/list segmentation by standardizing, cleansing, and upload lead lists into marketing systems while maintaining overall database health
- Create segmentation based on audience behaviors, demographic data, psychographic data, etc.
- Conduct analysis of campaigns to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates to provide recommendations for optimization
- Help to optimize and improve the external website and resources hub with the Creative Lead, Content Strategist, and Website expert
- Help execute and optimize inbound and outbound campaign strategies designed to create top-of-funnel leads
- Measure the cost effectiveness and marketing ROI of various channels and campaigns to draw insights and make recommendations
- Analyze and communicate digital marketing metrics and KPIs across all marketing channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in marketing or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools including executing email campaigns, setting up send lists, and compiling post-campaign analytics through Pardot and Salesforce
- Exceptional understanding of email and digital marketing tactics
- Advanced level of skill with analytic capabilities and platforms such as Excel and Google Analytics
- Effective project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making
- Hard-working self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work
- Familiarity with HTML a plus
- Strong understanding and compliance of anti-spam laws and regulations such as CCPA and GDPR
