This role is built for someone who thrives in ambiguity, earns credibility quickly with stakeholders, and brings structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives. You’ll be a core operator who drives execution on a wide range of high-priority efforts by translating big-picture goals into structured, accountable, and fast-moving workstreams.
This is not a passive coordination role. You’ll operate as a strategic executor and project owner, balancing urgency with discipline, autonomy with alignment, and long-term impact with day-to-day delivery.
This position reports directly to the Director of Strategy.
Why This Role:
This is a rare opportunity to be at the center of the company’s most critical initiatives while developing the ability to lead strategic transformation. You’ll step into an agile, cross-functional role with outsized visibility and ownership and contribute directly to company-wide outcomes. If you’re looking to sharpen your execution muscle, grow alongside an evolving function, and own work that meaningfully impacts the business, then this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do:
Lead execution for high-visibility strategic initiatives (e.g. network expansion, M&A integration, process optimization) from planning through activation—owning timelines, tracking risks, and managing cross-functional workstreams
Translate high-level goals into project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows that create momentum and structure across teams.
Provide research and analytical support, presenting recommendations and framing trade-offs to guide decision-making
Partner across Fulfillment, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and other teams to align on priorities, unlock decisions, and push execution forward
Escalate smartly, close loops relentlessly, and keep the pace aligned with the company’s most urgent priorities
Maintain crisp project documentation, dashboards, and cadences to ensure visibility for executives and stakeholders
Codify learnings and execution models into repeatable frameworks that can scale across future transformation efforts, such as M&A integration playbooks
Flex across initiatives as priorities evolve and jump into ambiguous problem spaces with structure, urgency, and precision
What You'll Bring:
2-4 years of experience in project or program management, operations strategy, or strategic initiatives; experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
Obsessive attention to detail with a high bar for execution, follow-through, and the quality of your own work product
Strong interpersonal instincts—able to drive alignment and accountability without compromising relationships or trust
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and communicate with clarity
Fluency in modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Analytical fluency – comfortable conducting intermediate analysis to translate data into insights and drive decisions
Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or corporate development is a strong plus, but not required
