What You'll Do:
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to enable demand planning models for a high-impact, go-to-market product.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions, ranging from process improvements to new internal tools.
Identify opportunities to implement new forecasting models to increase the operational efficiency of our warehouse and shipping partners.
Set up data pipelines to seamlessly ingest data and transform it into a usable format for analysis.
Create dashboards that vividly demonstrate adoption, ROI, and progress toward our organizational objectives.
Deliver crucial business insights to assist with data-driven decisions and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial & Systems Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Decisions Sciences, Finance & Accounting, or Computer Science.
3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally with a background in Supply Chain or Logistics.
A strong understanding of machine learning models and experience building data pipelines.
Proficiency in SQL and Python, solid Excel skills, and experience with at least one cloud development platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
