If you’re looking to make your mark and establish your career path with upward mobility with a highly supportive team, let’s talk!Responsibilities Include:- Develop territory growth plan, build account strategies and tactics to achieve territory revenue growth plan- Source prospective customers by actively prospecting on a daily basis – including referrals, networking, social media, email sequences, direct contact and research- Maintain a database of clients, prospects and partners- Provide accurate and timely forecasting information to sales management- Be a trusted advisor in the data security space and develop knowledge beyond Sotero’s technology- Deliver on revenue-based quota objectives to achieve revenue growth and targets for assigned territory- Collaborate closely with the CEO, development, sales engineering, your sales peers, and marketing to give and get feedback on the market and what works and doesn’t- Deliver on revenue-based sales quota objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets for assigned territory- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and developing the customer relationship to forecasting and driving evangelistsProfessional Background and Experience:- 3-5 years of cybersecurity sales experience- A proven hunter and sales closer- Demonstrated consistent quota attainment track record- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills- Ability to manage accounts while seeking new opportunities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with an aptitude to learn systems- Ability to grasp cutting edge technologyComp Package:- Competitive salary and OTE- Comprehensive benefits package- Stock optionsAbout SoteroSotero’s cloud-native data security platform enables our customers with a way to protect data anytime, anywhere, regardless of data store, integration mechanisms, and user tools.
