SlipBots auto-load/unload all types of trucks in less than 5 minutes to increase safety, speed, and savings across the supply chain. Job DescriptionSlip Robotics is seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead the customer journey through adoption, retention, and growth. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to develop project plan including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables etc. Manage effective project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage project activities to meet business goals. As an early team member, you’ll have a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and working cross-functionally to improve our product adoption and growth strategies. Slip is customer-centric, and as a member of the Customer Success team you’ll be a leader in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer champion. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver against customer requirements starting in pre-sale, and continuing through adoption and growth
- Be a partner and advocate for customer-facing goals. Have a deep understanding of the product and roadmap and the ability to properly balance customer expectations
- Improve the customer experience. Develop data-driven insights through system monitoring and customer feedback to help prioritize improvements to customer experience and to adoption and growth strategies
- Be a mentor to the customer. Ensure the customer understands and maximizes the value of Slip-provided resources, such that they are seeing the optimal ROI from our product
- Lead adoption and growth efforts. Learn why our product is valuable and be able to teach that to prospects. Post sales, cross-functionally plan and lead on-site implementation efforts to train our customers to be independent and successful with our product. Identify expansion opportunities.
- Become a super-user and provide super service. Triage customer support calls and provide solutions or escalate to the next level of support. Own customer satisfaction and retention
- Encourage knowledge and sharing. Build customer-facing or internal customer success documentation. Proactively drive continuous learning and development within the team
- Track and report customer status. Build internal and external reports to communicate customer status. Help develop KPIs and metrics to measure customer satisfaction and improve accuracy of customer reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of project management in projects relating to product launch, customer support, user training and client-facing experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical, communication, and diplomatic challenges with confidence, ingenuity, and integrity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering exceptional support and exceeding customer expectations
- Available to travel up to 50%
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft products, and Atlassian products
- Familiarity with material handling, warehouse automation, robotics and/or autonomous vehicles is preferred
- Experience working in a start-up environment and PMP certification are a plus
