Our AI platform helps transform the live product application to be data complete and relevant to every buyer or vertical / industry. Revenue teams greatly reduce their demo prep time and customer acquisition costs and increase their win rates by providing a “wow factor” not possible without Saleo. The end result is an increased volume of closed deals with more sales efficiency.

Saleo is looking for a highly talented Sr. Director of Marketing based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Sr. Director of Marketing is a key member of the senior leadership team and will work closely with go-to-market teams to lead all marketing strategy and efforts. This role will accelerate our leadership position in the demo automation / experience software category and help clearly communicate our vision, value proposition, and differentiation in the space. Saleo has created a culture of customer obsession and high expectations of execution; this role will have a meaningful impact on the success and direction of the company and will require a creative and master practitioner. Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth by building and overseeing multiple customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Own and drive measurable sales pipeline through a multi-faceted demand generation strategy
  • Build, develop and inspire a team of thoughtful, driven and talented individuals. Invest in and support their overall career success.
  • Collaborate with Saleo’s leadership team to refine strategic priorities, annual/quarterly milestones and corresponding forecasts and budgets.
  • Develop brand recognition and demand creation strategies within the target ICP.
  • Own the continued development of the outbound SDR team
  • Build and optimize processes across the marketing organization. Evaluate existing cross-departmental processes. Keep and optimize what works, eliminate redundant processes.
  • Optimize our marketing technology stack to fuel top-of-funnel pipeline growth and bottom-of-funnel analysis.
  • Define, measure, and optimize quantifiable business, customer, and financial metrics and goals.
  • Establishing marketing strategy, content marketing, creative/brand, events (webinars and conferences), customer education/collateral, website, email marketing, PR/AR
  • Own launches for products, features, and partnerships ; to drive and increase market awareness of Saleo and ideally adoption, usage, and pipeline.
  • Heavy content development incl. SEO-focused blog posts, sales collateral, sales enablement materials, press, newsletters, website and social, case studies, e-books, etc. and across formats (podcasts, webinars)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading, building and managing a Marketing team
  • A strong track record of compelling work in and for B2B SaaS
  • Data-driven and results focussed. You love dealing with both quantitative and qualitative data — tracking, measuring, and evaluating outcomes to demonstrate the impact of your campaigns
  • Prior experience working at a high growth startup.
  • Experience in the following areas: account-based marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, event & field marketing, content marketing, and community-driven marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, with tight timelines, in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
  • Ability to influence your peers just as exceptionally as you influence clients and prospects.
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding targets of increasing impact and scope.
  • Demonstrated team player and highly collaborative
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills
