This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who has a deep understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, and software development processes. In addition to the main QA functions, this role will require close collaboration with our Customer Success Team to understand unique customer requirements. Unique to many QA roles, this position requires testing in many diverse applications in which Saleo is integrated, and you will gain experience learning how leading SaaS applications operate. SaaS experience, specifically Q/A testing experience is paramount, and knowledge of the Sales or Martech space would be preferred.
– Act as the primary point of contact for all QA activities related to the testing of Saleo’s integrated applications
– Work closely with the Customer Success Team to understand customer-specific configurations, requirements, and potential challenges.
– Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts specifically designed for various customer environments.
– Oversee the execution of test cases, both manual and automated, focusing on the connectivity, functionality, and performance of the Saleo product in different demo environments.
– Collaborate with the engineering team to quickly address and resolve any issues discovered during testing.
– Establish and maintain communication channels with customers to understand their feedback, issues, and any integration challenges faced.
– Ensure that Saleo’s product seamlessly integrates with the customer demo environment before onboarding.
– Set up test environments that mirror customer demo systems as closely as possible.
– Provide detailed feedback and reports to the engineering and customer success teams about the status and quality of the demo environment connection.
– Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, with a specialized focus on demo environment integration.
– Continuously evaluate and test new versions of Saleo, ensuring compatibility with a variety of demo environments.
– Maintain documentation related to customer demo environment configuration.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, focusing on integration or environment-specific testing.
– Extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
– Experience working in or with Customer Success or Implementation teams is a plus.
– Exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding different environment configurations.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
– Experience in setting up and working with demo or sandbox environments is highly desirable.
