About the Role

Onwards HR is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of closing large, complex B2B SaaS deals. This is a 100% new business acquisition role focused on selling to high-value HR leaders at enterprise organizations.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and running strategic, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Fortune 500 companies. Experience selling into the Workday, ADP, Oracle, UKG, or SAP SuccessFactors ecosystems is a major plus, as our ideal candidate will understand the nuances of these HR technology landscapes and how to navigate enterprise buying processes within them.

We’re looking for a hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and knows how to drive complex SaaS deals across the finish line. If you have experience landing six- and seven-figure deals and love the thrill of the chase, we want to hear from you.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Enterprise sales – Selling to CHROs, CFOs, Employee Relations, HR Compliance Leaders, HR Operations/Shared Services, and HRIS teams at enterprise businesses including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Pipeline development – Finding & nurturing high-value opportunities.
  • Consultative selling – Managing multi-stakeholder, compliance-driven sales cycles.
  • Account transition – Transitioning account to an Account Manager and the Implementation Team who will service new customers after initial contract.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development (100%)

  • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market & enterprise accounts
  • Develop relationships with CHROs, HR Compliance Officers, HR Tech Leaders, and Payroll Heads.
  • Lead discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiations with enterprise and Fortune 500 clients.
  • Converting qualified leads to active opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (HR tech, compliance, or enterprise software preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing $100K+ ARR deals and hitting/exceeding a $1M+ quota.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 HR teams, CHROs, and compliance decision-makers.
  • Comfortable managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3-6 months).
  • Strong ability to build trust, navigate complex organizations, and drive consultative sales.
  • Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, ADP, or other HRIS/enterprise platforms is a plus.
