NLX is seeking an experienced Field Chief Technology officer to drive the technical vision and strategic value for enterprise clients implementing our conversational AI solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise in natural language processing and enterprise architecture with strategic business acumen to ensure successful platform adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Architect enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions leveraging NLX's platform capabilities across NLP/LLM integration, multi-channel orchestration, and analytics
  • Guide technical decision-making for complex enterprise implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization
  • Drive innovation in platform utilization, custom integrations, and advanced use case development
  • Evaluate and validate technical requirements, integration approaches, and implementation strategies

Strategic Advisory

  • Partner with enterprise clients to develop comprehensive digital transformation strategies leveraging conversational AI
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to position NLX's technical capabilities effectively
  • Create and present technical roadmaps aligned with clients' business objectives and innovation goals
  • Develop ROI frameworks and value realization strategies for enterprise implementations

Implementation Excellence

  • Design phased implementation approaches that balance quick wins with long-term strategic objectives
  • Establish technical success metrics and KPIs for enterprise deployments
  • Guide risk mitigation strategies across technical integration, performance scaling, and security compliance
  • Enable knowledge transfer and best practices adoption across client technical teams

Market Leadership

  • Represent NLX's technical vision and capabilities in executive-level client engagements
  • Develop industry-specific solution frameworks and reference architectures
  • Contribute to product strategy based on enterprise client needs and market opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and industry influencers

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of enterprise technology experience, with 8+ years in technical leadership roles
  • Deep expertise in conversational AI, natural language processing, and enterprise architecture
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale technical implementations in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security requirements, and scaling strategies
  • Experience with multiple industry verticals, particularly in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage effectively at both technical and executive levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred

Desired Experience

  • Previous CTO or technical executive role in enterprise software or AI/ML company
  • Implementation experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of enterprise contact center operations and customer experience technologies
  • Background in machine learning, particularly in NLP and large language models
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and technical value proposition development
  • Industry recognition through speaking engagements, publications, or patents
