Senior GTM Engineer

About Circuit
Circuit is building the world's first manufacturing-focused AI knowledge and workflow platform. We help industrial and manufacturing enterprises transform how they sell, support, and collaborate with their dealer, distributor, and customer networks, turning complex product data and documentation into actionable, intelligent workflows across partner enablement, CPQ, and technical support.
We have real enterprise traction, a sharp team, and a deliberate technology stack. We're looking for a builder who wants to push it further.
The Role
As a Senior GTM Engineer, you'll own the systems and infrastructure that power Circuit's go-to-market motion, and you'll extend them with code where vendors stop short.
This is a hands-on IC role with high ownership. You're joining a team that's opinionated about tooling and has invested in a modern stack (Attio, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, and adjacent platforms). Your job is to get the most out of what we have, integrate it intelligently, and build custom systems where off-the-shelf tools can't deliver what we need.
You'll also be a real partner to sales and marketing on the outbound motion, with strong opinions on how technology and automation can improve conversion at every stage of the funnel. We want someone who looks at a pipeline metric and has a hypothesis about how to move it, not just a system to track it.
This role spans a wide surface area. One week you might be improving technical SEO and AEO performance, the next you're shipping automated customer deck generation, the one after that you're rebuilding an enrichment pipeline. The right person finds that range energizing, learns fast, and is comfortable being the most technical person in any GTM conversation.
This is a role for someone whose default tool is Claude Code. We expect you to build agents, write scripts, prototype workflows, and ship production-grade systems where it matters. We want a point of view on where AI belongs in a modern GTM stack, and the engineering chops to put that point of view into practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Circuit's GTM infrastructure end to end, from CRM and outbound tooling to enrichment, integrations, and the systems that tie them together. Operate the Attio, Clay, Apollo, and Outreach stack at a high level, and make smart build-versus-buy calls when vendors fall short.
- Custom systems built in Python and TypeScript where off-the-shelf tools don't deliver. This includes data pipelines, enrichment services, agentic workflows, technical SEO and AEO improvements, automated content and deck generation, and internal tooling for the revenue team. Claude Code is your primary instrument, and you'll build custom MCP servers, scheduled agents, and AI-powered workflows that compound the team's leverage over time.
- The outbound motion as a partner to sales and marketing. Bring a technical point of view on conversion, targeting, and pipeline efficiency, and ship the systems that move the metrics.
- Adoption and data hygiene across the teams using your systems. Work directly with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to ensure the processes you design actually get followed and the data stays clean.
- Visibility into pipeline health, outbound performance, and revenue metrics so the team operates from real numbers.
- Security and customer data handling across every system you ship. You'll be working inside our SOC2 environment, and we expect strong instincts around access control, data handling, and what crosses our perimeter.
Experience
- 5-7+ years building and owning GTM or RevOps infrastructure end to end, ideally at an early-stage or fast-moving company. Track record of shipping production-grade integrations, automations, and data pipelines across multiple tools and APIs
- Strong programming ability in Python and TypeScript. SQL fluency assumed.
- Deep experience with modern GTM tooling, including Attio (or comparable CRMs), Clay, Apollo, and Instantly.
- A working track record with Claude Code or comparable agentic development environments, and a clear point of view on how AI should be applied across a GTM stack.
- A real point of view on outbound conversion, with a track record of partnering with sales and marketing to improve funnel performance through technology.
- Demonstrated breadth across the GTM surface area. Some combination of outbound infrastructure, technical SEO and AEO, content automation, and pipeline analytics. We're not looking for someone who's done all of it, but we are looking for someone who's hungry to.
- Strong instincts around data quality, security, and customer data handling, especially in environments with compliance requirements. Senior judgment around build versus buy, and the discipline to operate with high ownership and minimal oversight.
Human Skills
- Ownership mindset with a focus on building systems the sales team can actually rely on.
- Strong operational judgment — an instinct for what's worth automating and what needs a human touch.
- Bias toward action, with a preference for cleaning things up over debating the perfect architecture.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments where the requirements are still being defined.
- Systems thinking, including attention to data quality, edge cases, and downstream effects on the revenue motion.
- Curiosity about how the sales team actually works and what's slowing them down in practice.
- Low ego, with a focus on team outcomes over personal ownership of tools or processes.
- Strong collaborator who moves quickly from problem to solution across sales, marketing, and ops stakeholders
