Backed by a senior team and early enterprise traction, we're moving fast — and we're looking for a motivated, driven Business Development Representative to help fuel our growth.

The Role

As an SDR at Circuit, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion. You'll identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across the industrial and manufacturing sector, ensuring our pipeline is strong and our sales motion scales effectively.

You'll work closely with our CPRO and GTM Lead to refine messaging, build relationships, and set the stage for successful customer engagements. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone eager to learn, hungry to win, and ready to grow with a fast-moving startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts in industrial and manufacturing verticals using email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and set meetings with prospective customers and partners
  • Research accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach and craft compelling narratives around Circuit's platform
  • Manage pipeline activities and maintain accurate data in Attio and the GTM tech stack
  • Represent Circuit at industry tradeshows and events, engaging prospects in person and sourcing new pipeline opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and outbound messaging
  • Share market and customer feedback with GTM and product teams to sharpen our ICP and positioning
  • Help build and refine scripts, cadences, and the SDR playbook as we scale

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and resilient in the face of rejection
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce (or eagerness to learn quickly)
  • Bonus: prior experience in SaaS, B2B sales, industrial/manufacturing, or a startup environment
