Are you a data driven, AI native marketer who gets excited about conversion rates, pipeline attribution, and running sophisticated growth experiments with real revenue stakes? As our Head of Growth & AI Marketing, you will own the marketing pipeline engine that powers Itential’s growth, using AI to optimize everything from targeting and sequencing to creative, experimentation, and measurement. You will orchestrate programs across ABM, digital acquisition, outbound, and field aligned motions, combining human insight with AI driven intelligence to build a faster, smarter, and more predictable pipeline machine. This is a leadership-level individual contributor role designed for a highly senior operator who leads through influence rather than headcount
Your Impact at Itential
As our Head of Growth & AI Marketing, you will build and run the marketing engine responsible for generating and accelerating pipeline across segments. You’ll orchestrate ABM programs, targeted digital acquisition, outbound coordination, and field aligned efforts while using AI to enhance every step of the process - from identifying in-market accounts to personalizing outreach, predicting pipeline coverage gaps, and optimizing program performance in real time.
You’ll apply AI native workflows to enrich buying committee data, prioritize accounts, automate repetitive execution, and accelerate experimentation across channels. This includes using AI to improve segmentation, message testing, channel mix decisions, and multi touch attribution models, ensuring that every investment ladders back to measurable pipeline impact.
Working in close partnership with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Marketing, you'll align programs to revenue goals and ensure every signal, campaign, and touchpoint supports pipeline momentum. Your ability to lead through influence while staying hands on will allow you to unify cross functional teams around account strategy, while your AI driven optimization will reshape how we attract, engage, and convert enterprise buyers in the network automation space

- Senior level expertise in B2B demand generation, ABM, and enterprise pipeline strategy, ideally within SaaS or infrastructure technology
- Proven ability to design and run high impact programs that tie directly to marketing sourced and marketing influenced pipeline
- Hands on digital and web experience — you can execute campaigns, optimize journeys, and ship updates without dependency on large teams
- Strong analytics fluency, comfortable building insights from GA4, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and multi touch attribution models
- AI native mindset, already using GPTs, automation, enrichment tools, and experimentation frameworks to scale your impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Bonus Points For:
- Infrastructure, Network, or IT automation or enterprise software marketing experience

Experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience in digital demand generation (SEO, paid media, CRO) for B2B, ideally SaaS or infrastructure tech required
- Proven ability to run paid and organic campaigns directly (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and tie results to pipeline in SFDC required
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (front + back end), HTML/CSS/JS required
Skills & Competencies:
