Who You Are
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a Client Success Manager or Account Management role—preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or HR/payroll technology.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, owning revenue growth targets with a high degree of autonomy.
- You build strong rapport with coworkers and clients, and have a proven ability to manage multiple client relationships with a collaborative, consultative, and strategic mindset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- You’re a creative problem solver and multi-tasker who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a technical curiosity.
- You’re adaptable, quick-thinking, resourceful, and obsessive about improving processes.
- You have a strong drive for professional growth and internal advancement.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with enterprise level businesses in account management or sales capacity is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Own post-implementation relationships, driving onboarding, adoption, and engagement.
- Accountable to increase user adoption and revenue across your client portfolio.
- Be the main point of contact for HR, payroll, and executive stakeholders.
- Track usage and account health to drive value, retention, and growth.
- Lead business reviews and share insights both internally and externally.
- Keep stakeholders updated and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and surface new opportunities.
- Drive renewals, upsells, and referrals through strategic client management.
- Train clients on product updates and champion best practices.
