While the traditional investing process is cumbersome, manual, and inefficient, we are redeveloping the entire system from the ground up, building a technology-first approach that makes it simple to discover, deploy and manage alternative investments. 

Just as other platforms have revolutionized the financial industry (payments, lending, trading, etc), we are building the on-ramp for new journeys into alternatives by reducing complexity and putting usability at the core of our platform.

Role Overview:

Gridline is opening up the market for alternative asset investment. As such, you will create an deploy content that educates and engages our audiences on the opportunity and landscape for investing in this rapidly growing asset class.

Content you create will educate the individual investor, investment advisor community, and investment groups on alternatives and venture capital, including the massive opportunity for value creation by funds found on our platform.

While this role begins with a heavy focus on copywriting, you will also collaborate with members of the Gridline team and community by delegating, editing and assimilating their voice with our marketing campaigns and community platforms. You will also work with our creative team and agency partners to extend successful modular content to other engaging digital formats like interactive graphics and video.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy high quality, engaging content across text, interactive digital, audio, video, and social platforms.

  • Write, delegate and edit blogs, knowledge base articles, one-pagers, white papers, press releases and marketing emails, ensuring that all content fits our narrative voice.

  • Use a data driven approach to creatively experiment, measuring for the highest engaging, converting, and shared content across all audiences and platforms. 

  • Support our product and client teams with content that enables a deep familiarity with our platform and investment marketplace offerings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years copywriting and content creation experience in high growth tech companies.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit enabled with strong communication, creative and organizational skills.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO concepts and experience with aligning content creation with search engine optimization goals.

  • Experience working inside a marketing platform (Hubspot a plus) and a CRM.

  • Bachelor's degree. Master’s degree a plus.

  • Experience with fintech, investing, venture capital and other capital markets a plus.
