Clutch is looking for a Senior Automotive Apprentice Technician (Level 3/4) to join our team!

We’re seeking highly motivated, experienced self-starters to ensure all of our vehicles meet Clutch’s high mechanical standards. Working alongside our reconditioning team, you will perform advanced vehicle inspections, maintenance, and more complex repairs on a variety of domestic, import, and European vehicles.


What You’ll Do:

  • Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections (stationary and road tests)

  • Diagnose and assess vehicle issues and damage with accuracy

  • Make recommendations for repairs and best course of action

  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance such as brakes, suspension, tires, batteries, and more advanced systems

  • Create detailed documentation of repairs and estimates

  • Mentor junior technicians and apprentices

  • Adhere to and help continually improve Clutch’s high mechanical standards


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Level 3/4 experience required)

  • Strong experience working with a variety of car brands, including domestic, import, and European

  • Team player with strong leadership qualities

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands

  • Desire to learn new skills and take on advanced responsibilities

  • Comfortable using technology (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)

  • Valid G Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
