As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the marketing team with projects, campaigns, social media management, and day-to-day operations. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of tasks while learning from experienced professionals. This position requires a mix of creativity, organization, technical skills, and problem-solving.

• Social Media Management: Assist in creating and posting content across platforms, engaging with followers, and tracking performance to grow Cloud Range’s online presence.
• Project Management & Deadlines: Work with senior marketing management in tracking marketing initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Administrative Support: Handle research, reporting, and coordination tasks to keep the marketing engine running smoothly.
• Event & Award Coordination: Research opportunities, assist with submissions, track status, and attend when necessary.
• Webinar, Podcast, & Event Logistics: Manage event coordination and ensure seamless execution.
• Graphic Design: Work with graphics contractors and/or create on-brand graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Website & Landing Pages: Assist in maintaining the website and building landing pages with the web designer.
• HubSpot Management: Create forms, set up workflows and emails, manage contacts and lists, and post social media content.
• Content Creation: Support the creation of blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Lead Management & ROI Tracking: Help manage leads and track ROI from marketing activities.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing priorities, activities, and outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Assist in creating and refining marketing processes.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on the latest marketing, design, and social media trends.
• Team Support: Collaborate with the team on projects, campaigns, and product launches as needed.
  

• Education/Experience: B.A. / B.S. in marketing or equivalent experience.
• Self-Starter: Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn on the go.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing timelines effectively.
• Creative & Persistent: A problem-solver who brings creative ideas to the table.
• Flexible & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles changing priorities with ease.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with or eager to learn tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Asana, and other digital platforms.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
