Cloud Range is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Owner for our Learning Management System (LMS) and Lab Content. This role also includes managing our company helpdesk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational technology and customer support. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to drive the development and maintenance of our LMS and lab content while ensuring our helpdesk operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Product Ownership for LMS and Lab Content:

Under the VP of Technology, define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for the LMS and lab content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.

Communicate with the development team for the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.

Ensure the LMS and lab content meet the highest quality standards and user needs.

Monitor and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Helpdesk Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the company helpdesk.

Ensure timely and effective resolution of user inquiries and technical issues.

Develop and implement helpdesk policies, procedures, and best practices.

Monitor helpdesk performance metrics and generate regular reports.

Collaborate with other departments to address recurring issues and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in an educational technology environment.

Experience with Moodle.

Excellent project management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions.

Experience with cybersecurity and the NIST NICE Framework

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing a helpdesk or customer support team.

Familiarity with ITIL or other helpdesk management frameworks.
