The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand strategic accounts within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

This is a true hunter-closer role. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, while also growing revenue within your accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with strong earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Own and Grow Your Territory

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of industrial and manufacturing accounts
  • Drive outbound prospecting and land new logos
  • Build and execute account and deal-level strategies

Run Full-Cycle Sales

  • Own deals end-to-end: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → close
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations early in the sales process
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot

Close Complex Deals

  • Build multi-threaded relationships across stakeholders
  • Develop business cases and strategic proposals
  • Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive outcomes

Drive Pipeline and Market Presence

  • Generate pipeline through outbound, networking, and industry events
  • Represent Aetos at conferences and onsite customer meetings

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Account Executive experience (startup experience is a plus)
  • Proven success selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
  • Track record of generating, closing, and expanding revenue
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle and pipeline
  • Comfortable delivering product demos and leading customer conversations
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience closing large, complex deals ($1M+)
  • Background in industrial or manufacturing markets
  • Experience in growth-stage startups (Series B–D)
  • Experience at companies such as:
